What a beautiful morning! We were treated to bluebird skies and warm temperatures as we descended through the loud leafy trails of the Hoffman Challenge Course area. Right off the bat a Blue-headed Vireo was spotted singing from the treetops, making the case for a very good day of birding. Chipping Sparrows were seen in the grassy areas, and Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers were EVERYWHERE! What fun…
